hey ! im new in the game, but i dont know how to start running ! when i modifie the conditions of the race, i hit the continue button, and the window suddenly closes. and a message appears saying that some error ocurred.. any clue for starting ?

issue with game

There could be 100 reasons why this is happening.In most cases it's the computer not the program but I will check with the tech lead and get back to you monday or tuesday. Can you please tell me about your computer 1)Brand -year- and configuration 2) operating system and was it the original or did you upgrade it? 3)Do you know what graphic card your computer has. 4) Have you had issues with spyware or malware on this computer . In some cases certain spyware or adware on a computer will effect our program. The truth is most people do not even know they have adware or spyware issues. Do you have a up todate antivirus program installed ? We will do alll we can to help you but first we need your help with these questions
