I checked "My Account" to see if my yesterday (6/14) purchase of "Best males of 2008" was completed (order #256) and it was, but doesn't show up in the game !!

The horse files are there.You just need to down load them

After you purchase file(s) either race or horse they become available for you to download from your profile page(or account page) in the community . Please make sure you are loged into the community . Once loged in click my account and then the files tab in the middle of the screen above your profile. From here just download the file and run it. Files will then be placed directly in your game waiting for your use . You also have several other VIP files there waiting for you as well(not sure if you downloaded them yet)

Purchased Files but can't DL them

Lat night I purchased 3 horse files and I received email stating I could DL them, but got error messages saying "this url is not a valid download link." I sent an email early this morning asking for help and as of now I have received nothing but an email stating mine had been read.

Just wondering what is going on? Am I going to get the files I paid for? Please advise...

I had the same problem.

The files are there, on your computer. Here's how to find them. Go to your startup page where you see all of your icons. You'll find the files that you purchased, each one having it's own icon. Click on one icon at a time, then the second and then the 3rd. After doing this, you'll see all of the horses that you bought. Good luck.

Downloading Breeders Cup Dream Clasic File

If you were able to download the game, then you should be able to download the files. The two most common issues with file download problems are: When you are installing the file you have the game open. The game needs to be CLOSED when you install a file. The file will show up on the prebuilt race page. The other possible issue is that if you did not save the file - I usually save it to my desktop and install it from there. It might have transmitted incorrectly through the Internet. Once you save it, make sure your game is closed. Then run the file and it will install inside your game. Look for Breeders' Cup Dream Classic in the prebuilt race section. Hopefully this helps.

I checked out your stats, and you seem pretty good at the horse game (betting-jockeying) and i just wanted to say hi. My name is Brian Bruno, and i, like you, am a horse nut! I think that's I'm so into this game. Anyways, i spoke to Leigh or Lea from the office, and she told me that you would be the person to ask, so, when can we expect the 70's file and the Secretariat/Riva Ridge combo? I heve a nice collection of Secretariat memoribilia, and can't wait to use him in this game! I hope they do him justice, and he runs as well as Spectacular Bid, Man 'o War, or Sea Biscuit. Any info would be helpful-thanks!

Hey puddles, it's me again. Are they cloning the real Secretariat? I thought maybe that's why it was taking so long! (5 weeks since i asked you if you had any info) Any updates? I'm trying to be patient, but it seems like we have been waiting for the trainer game and Secretaiat forever!
Just out of curiousity, who do you like in the Derby? I Want Revenge has a nice late surge, and i think Dunkirk and Friesan Fire will be right there at the finish! (possible trifecta?)

help!!!

Hi I need help asap so I can get playing. Ok here are the details. I first signed up yesterday, downloaded the game, and everything worked fine. I log on today and it says I can not connect to your site. I check the internet and it works, I wonder about firewall but it worked yesterday with is same firewall. To be sure I turn it off for a second and it still does not work. I shut down my computer and restart it... nothing works. I uninstall the game completely then reinstall it. Now I can't even get to the main screen. This message pops up:

Hrfanwin.
Cannot run program without registering via internet. Program will now shut down.

Ahh I am so mad. I hope I didn't do this and it can't be fixed. Please write back with anything that could help.

I have vista-64 operating system.

Internal Error HELP

I Did not know that a server problem was going on the other day (had connection problems - and ruled out firewalls), so I tried to re-download my game. I noticed that some of my purchased horses were missing, so I clicked on restore database. That triggered a error. I cannot even get the welcome / selection screen. I have nothing but my desk top icon for HRF3. I am able to use community. I have sent about 4 e-mails to support with details of the error - no reply. Please help. I cannot play at all. How can I restore my Game.

Jockey tournaments

You can enter all the Jockey tournaments you want as long as you have the points to play. There are a lot of ways to earn points as well . Please remember once the jockey tournament starts then you have to run all the required races from quick start . I suggest you check out the (GET HELP) section from the top right navigation. There are some great help files on every aspect of the game so you can really have fun . The game will take you a few days to learn but once you do it is a blast . There are a lot of ways to go in the game ,Jockey ,betting and trainer tournaments and our great community as well. . The community will help with any other questions and good luck. Thanks for joining the game and community .

All the new features sound great, but, what do players that have all old style reports do, as far as knowing if their horses have early speed or late speed or whatever. I have over 50 horses and i can't keep (and am actually unable to) buying new reports every time you guys change the format. This puts me at a disadvantage, theoretically, against other players with more up to date reports. Do i have to buy new reports for my horses, or just buy more horses so i can have updated reports? I am not rying to be a jerk or anything, but i do spend a lot of money on this game, and though i realize you guys are making the necessary improvements, shouldn't players that have purchased the OLD style reports be able to buy the new reports at some kind of discount or something? You know, obviously that once you buy a report for your horse, you CAN'T buy another one, and this poses a strategic disadvantage also! Any help would be appreciated!

Horse Racing Silks

Love the HRF game, and have been here from the start (even had your old game on cd way back when). One thing I think that would make the game even more colorful than it already is - would be adding the original Silks for each horse. if cost is involved in this, perhaps the Horse files could be sold as they are now and a player could have the option to buy the original silks for the horses in the files they purchased for an additional price. Just a thought. Also, is any more information available concerning the carrer jockey mode? I am very interested in that. Thanks for the great game.
