Answering Your Questions

Hi, Steve -

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Let me respond to a couple of your questions. We're not sure of the ETA for the trainer game. It's a complex piece of software, but work is progressing and we'll let everyone know as soon as it's available.

Points are non-transferable between players. Sorry, but we're not able to transfer points from one player to another.

Your second question pertaining to the gentleman who is a VIP Member and wanted a copy of the San Diego Handicap, the answer is that he must send that request from his email address associated with our game. This allows us to make certain that we are not distributing files to non-VIP Members. Non-VIP members trying to install files will not be able to run those files on non-authorized computers. There is a code inside the program that verifies whether the application the file is running on is a valid VIP application or not. Again, if he needs the file sent to him, please have him send the request via his email to support@horseracegame.com. I am sure that customer service will handle it.

In the meantime, it looks like you are doing quite well building up points in the community. Good job! Hopefully you'll be playing in the tournaments and winning a few of them very soon. Thanks for enjoying the game and staying active in the community.
