About Me
I am a lifelong racing fan. I grew up in Queens New york, and went to John Adams high school, which overlooked Aqueduct racetrack...{{lol...cut school to spend my afternoons at the track]]. I had the honour to witness many great moments in racing. I was there at Aqueduct when Secretariat lost the wood memorial to his stable mate Angle light. I was also at Aqueduct to see the great Secretariat say good bye to his all that loved him. He paraded the track,,,with Ron Turcott aboard, proudly gallopping along the rail, and all giving big red a farewell a champion deserved. As the years went on my true love was harness racing, and had the great thrill of owning 2 harness horses, which raced at Monticello raceway[[[Niaflame....probably the worst horse ever sired by the great Niatross]]]....we did reach the winners circle 3 times, and those moments were as special, as you might think...awesomeeeeeeee]. I just retired as a correction officer for the state of New York, after 26years, and as I am a young 53 am looking forward to a new career, and having more time with my family. I love baseball, fishing, and am proud to say at 220 pounds a newbie jock[[lol]]...
