About Me: 

I grew up in NY close to Belmont Park. In the 70's as a teenager
I would walk over to Belmont and got to see all the greats race.
The 70's to me was the greatest decade for racing. I became a
huge Forego fan and to me there has been no other horse that had the following of fans that he had. NYers loved to come out to the track when he ran.
