If you are sure your fire wall is not blocking the game then try uninstalling the game compleatly. then reinstalling the game from scratch at www.horseracegame.com . If this still does not work contact support at Support@horseracegame.com . It is either the fire wall or when you upgraded to the new game you installed the new over the old and did not remove the old game . This can cause the issues you are seeing. Our game communicates with your computer in 2 ways . That communication need to be allowed in both spots .

Hello racing fans i have a problem and i need some help when i had older version i had no issues my stats counted in community mode but since i got this new version my races wont go through to community i even entered my first jockey tourny and was disqualifed sigh because it said no races even though i was i added this site to my firewall and even turned it off thinking that might be problem but still no help if anyone could help me id be very happy i want to do tournys and cant please help.
