Who do I have to contact to get the payouts corrected in a couple of instas I was in. The payouts were extremely low and can't be right. I've emailed support a couple of times but have yet to hear back from them. Does anyone have a clue as what to do about this?
I'm in a 75000 Claim with 10 horses signed up and the payout is only 37,500. What's really going on here? 37,500? 10 horses is 125,000 points and the payout is a mere 37,500!! That's not right and it defeats the purpose of trying to earn quick points. The risk reward factor is not in our favor. Is this the norm?
The tourney setup for the generals needs to be adjusted to give every horse a fair shot. I've got a 138.5 and a 135.2 thats runs best in the slop however both are getting beat by 5+ lengths. I'm pretty sure some of the horses in this tourney are G1 running sub 1:12 going 6 1/2.
