1. Two questions

I have two questions that maybe you more established players can help me with. First-in the pre-built races (ie Arkansas Derby, etc) how many times can you run each race? One of my five raves says there is an error and i can't run it. I would like to keep these races for a while, so what do you have to do to get rid of them-so i don't do it acccidentally.
