My first memories of horse racing were those epic battles between Sunday Silence and Easy Goer. I fell in love with Easy Goer but loved it when the Silence broke out and defeated the Goer at the Derby and the Preakness. Then I hoped he would win the Triple Crown but he was bested by Easy Goer at Belmont in what was the second fastest time ever (Secretariat).
