This Jockey Tournament is open to all members that meet the requirements listed below. This tournament will run from Saturday May 23, 2009 11:30am CDT to Sunday May 24, 2009 11:30am CDT. Members that sign up for this tournament will be ranked by Most Wins in Community Mode Jockey Races
Requirements:
Tournament Entry Fee: 500 Community PointsUser 305 or less
Must be a registered and verified user of Horse Racing Fantasy
Must run 10 races in community mode.

A carnival all right.
How many gd rules are there to entering tournaments.
I remeber about a week ago a jockey tournament called BEST OF THE BEST.
But I was ineligible because my pps was too high.
How can that be called the best of the best.
And whatever this rule is blocking me is absurd.
