I need to sign up for two races

I wish to sign up for a 5 fur and 5.5 fur races, but it won't allow me, once tournament begins it always seems too late as it disappears from my screen,, can I be advised ASAP as my time zone very differant than game, so I want to make sure I am in, thank you
