HorseRaceGame.com's community is owned and operated by Horse Racing Simulation, LLC. This is a private community for members only. Membership is free. All members are required to abide by the Terms and Conditions of our community and also the terms and conditions of our Horse Racing Fantasy product associated with this community.

The information provided by our administrators, by our members, specifically volunteer members, employees, consultants or independent contractors is done so strictly for entertainment and educational purposes. Horse Racing Simulation nor any of its individual web properties have any direct relationship or association with any illegal or gambling entity. Horse Racing Simulation, through HorseRaceGame.com's community and through its core game product is providing information specifically for educational and entertainment purposes only.

Do not use our forum for blatant, unapproved advertisements, pyramid schemes, chain letters or any other inappropriate marketing or solicitation process. Doing so can not only suspend or terminate your community membership, but also terminate game privileges.

HorseRaceGame.com's community is specifically for HorseRaceGame.com members. In order to participate in the community, you must be a verified, registered user of Horse Racing Simulation core game product. This community is considered private and is only open to members. Membership is free and can be obtained by installing Horse Racing Simulation's Horse Racing Fantasy product, follow the simple registration and verification process. All members are invited to complete a profile describing their interests in horse racing and horse racing games. The information you disclose is your own free choice. We strongly suggest that members never reveal any confidential information in the community, in their profiles, or in any correspondence with other members.

We welcome your participation in our community. We ask you to invite friends and family (over the age of 13) into the community, as well. If you are not a community member, you will be required to sign up and install our core Horse Racing Fantasy Game product. The product is free and requires an approximate 30 mg download. Users signing up for our game will be required to agree to our privacy statement and our terms of service before the Horse Racing Fantasy Game product can be installed and run. Below are some simple guidelines and rules. Please follow them for the benefit of all of our members. Violators will be shut out of the community and will have their game privileges revoked.

1. No profanity whasoever. (Remember that our boards are open to users of various ages. We understand that at certain times, members express intense emotions. We suggest using the dictionary, not vulgarity. You'll appear smarter!
2. Spamming - Simply forbidden. Spam and you're gone.
3. Multiple postings of the same message (flooding.) Do not post the same message in multiple forums without prior permission. This could be considered spamming or solicitation. Specifically those messages that contain links or recommendations of products or services that are for sale. It's acceptable to discuss products and services, but multiple postings relating to those products/services acting as advertisements will fall under our spam policy.
4. "Flaming" of other members is strictly forbidden. It's okay to express your opinion, but express it in a civil manner.
5. Advertising - All communication outlets inside our community, including forums, galleries, blogs, etc., are for the benefit of our users to engage and interact through communications, specifically related to our game and horse racing in general. Promoting products or services will be considered spamming and all such violators will be removed from the community and game privileges revoked. Special Note to software vendors, authors, game companies or other services: Any company or person dealing in products or services for sale and promoting those products/services through our community, in any form, without written permission from the corporate management of Horse Racing Simulation LLC, will have all their account privileges terminated immediately. If you want to sell or market a product or service, please contact us through support@horseracegame.com. We have programs in place to help you reach our database in a suitable, non-disruptive manner.
6. You agree not to use our community to accuse anyone or any company/entity of fraud or use any other type of derogatory comment to embarrass, provoke or blatantly disparage. Leave your personal issues outside of our community.
7. Posting active links or URLs, both commecial and non-commercial including video or additional content, with the purpose of expanding on a comment, proving a point, providing additional education information or providing additional resources is allowed as long as it is done in a manner that is consistent with the particular forum and thread in which it appears. Again, multiple postings of links that promote products or services will be considered spam and the spam rules and regulations will apply.
8. Our community allows avatars. Avatars should be directly related to horse racing. Offensive avatars, politically-charged avatars, or any avatar we deem to be inappropriate will be immediately removed and the account terminated, including both community and game accounts. Keep your avatars focused on what we do. The community will appreciate it.
9. Stay on topic. When in a thread, it's important for all active users to stay focused on the topic of that thread. Information off-topic, specifically relating to the selling or marketing of products/services will be deemed a violation and the member will have his privileges revoked.
10. Private messaging system - This system allows users to communicate in a private manner. Respect the system and the people with whom you're communicating. Using the private messaging system to spam or solicit products/services is cause for immediate termination of your account, both in our community and game.
11. We encourage users to report abusive or spam private messages immediately. We encourage our users to report messages of vulgarity or of any sexual-explicit nature that could be deemed a violation of any state or federal law. We want to keep our community fun, exciting and focused. Help us protect our members and the integrity of what we do.
12. Questions and comments will be answered by forum administrators and may or may not reflect the opinions of the management of Horse Racing Simulation. Please remember that forum administrators are not paid employees. If you disagree with any actions by any administrator, please send your complaints to support@HorseRaceGame.com.

Horse Racing Simulation, LLC has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. Occasionally we may run an online survey, contest or game on our community web site, within which we ask visitors for the same Contact Information. If you communicate with us by email, post messages to any of our chat groups, bulletin boards or forums, or otherwise complete online forms, surveys, or contest entries, any information provided in such communication may be collected as Contact Information. We use this information to contact you when necessary and when new product offerings become available. You may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below. As part of your initial registration process for the Demo Version and/or Trial Subscription of Horse Racing Fantasy, all of the above personal information is collected with the exception of credit card information, physical address and telephone number. Once your Trial Subscription ends, Horse Racing Simulation may provide notification with offers and opportunities to subscribe to the service or other services offered by Horse Racing Simulation LLC. Our site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Any personal information you provide is encrypted prior to transmission. We utilize industry standard SSL encryption when accepting your credit card information during our online checkout process. In addition, we utilize the same encryption standard when transferring your credit card data to our internal fulfillment system.

Confidentiality and Sharing of Information

We will keep your Contact Information and Financial Information private and will not share it with third parties, unless such disclosure is necessary to (a) comply with a court order or other legal process; (b) protect our rights or property. Your credit card information is not stored for single purchases with Horse Racing Simulation LLC. That information is passed directly to, in encrypted format, the credit card processing company. For recurring subscription payments, the minimum credit card information required by our processing company are stored in a secure encrypted format that is not accessible outside of our webserver.

Choice/Opt-Out

Our site allows visitors to request removal of their information from our database so as to not receive future communications. Contact us to request removal from all future communications. Glossary of Terms

Most all reputable online stores make use of SSL encryption to request credit card information and other sensitive data from their customers. If an administrator learns that any user is under the age of 13, that user's account and game privileges will be immediately terminated.

Privacy for Teenagers Aged 13 to 18

Although the game and community is targeted at a general adult audience, we welcome the participation of younger users with their parents' consent. We strongly recommend that users under the age of eighteen refrain from using the community and community features at all, specifically when it involves disseminating or disclosing any information. Users between the ages of 13 and 18 should gain their parents' consent before participating in any community functions. Certain features and restrictions are not open to users under the age of 18. Our game and community are not to be used by individuals under the age of 13 .
