Third place finisher in the Breeders Cup Juvenile, Creative Cause, starts over Sunday against five rivals in the Grade 2 San Vicente Stakes. He gave a good account of himself in the Breeders Cup Juvenile, coming up just a little even paced at the end, but he will be tough in this spot. His main rivals include American Act who just broke his maiden with a strong speed figure and looks to have a lot of talent. Drill showed a lot of promise as a two year old, winning the Grade 1 Del Mar Futurity and finished second to Creative Cause in the Grade 1 Norfolk, but since then has had four straight poor showings. He has the latent talent and we will see if it comes to the surface today. Lets Get Crackin draws the rail and had his best race yet last out, finishing a solid third in the $82K San Pedro Stakes. Smokin G and Captain Obvious round out the field.
