Alpha figures to be the strong favorite in Saturdays Grade 3, $200,000 Withers Stakes for three year olds. He has a surface advantage, having taken the $150,000 Count Fleet over the Aqueduct track last month. Tiger Walk makes his first foray into graded stakes company and is coming off a two race win streak, having broken his maiden and an allowance race. Hakama draws the rail and is coming off a front running allowance win at Laurel. King Kid had a nice debut win at Churchill but couldn\'t keep pace in the $100,000 Gulfstream Park Derby and finished third. He has plenty of upside to improve in just his third career start.
