Tiz Flirtatious gets tested for both distance and class among eight four-year-old fillies entered in the Grade 2, $150,000 La Canada Stakes at 1-1/16 miles on Sunday at Santa Anita Park. She is a perfect three for three, and now gets a steep class test here and may be the one to beat, though all three wins came around one turn and versus Cal Breds, so now she goes two turns for the first time. Capital Plan is a proven route horse having won at 1-¼ miles on turf back in October at Santa Anita. She is in good form, having most recently taken a non-winners of two allowance race by 3 ¾ lengths at Hollywood Park. May Day Rose got burned out chasing fast fractions last out in the Grade 1 La Brea and her best might be good enough here. She did take the Grade 3 Railbird at 7 furlongs back in May at Hollywood, but is still looking for her first win in five starts. Great Hot finished third in the La Brea after getting shuffled back at the 3/8 pole last out, and looks ready to go. Big Tiz was second to top filly Turbulent Descent in the 2010 Grade 1 Hollywood Starlet and got second in the Grade 3 Railbird . She ran well in an ungraded stakes sprint at Santa Anita on New Years Day and looks to be in good form. Love Theway You are, Miss Radiance, and Include Me Out complete the lineup.
