Tapizar and Prayer for Relief face off at Santa Anita Saturday in the Grade 2, $150,000 San Fernando Stakes for four-year-olds at 1 1/16 miles. Prayer for Relief draws the rail and won the Grade 2 Super Derby and West Virginia Derby last year. Tapizar draws the far outside and his last big win was in the Grade 3 Sham Stakes last year where he showed a lot of promise as a three-year-old. Irish Art has had some success on grass taking the runner-up spot in the Grade 2 Sir Beaufort last time out. First Strike is hot and on a three-race win streak most recently taking the Zia Park Derby. Spud Spivens most recently finished third in the non-graded On Trust Handicap. Dreaminofthewin, Riveting Reason, and Balladry complete the lineup.
