Winter Memories leads a field of eight three- year-old fillies for Saturdays Queen Elizabeth II Challenge Cup run at 1-1/8-miles on the turf at Keeneland. The gray Winter Memories has just the one loss this year in five starts, and has six wins from eight starts overall. She will face a stiff challenge from Summer Soiree in the race, who dominated in the Ballston Spa (Grade 3), two back by 8-½ lengths, and then she returned in the Grade 1 Del Mar Oaks to prevail by a ½-length at the wire. Star Billing will be trying for back-to-back wins in the QE II. Rounding out the QE II field are Marketing Mix, queen of the Grade 3 Pucker Up last out, Kathmanblu, who finished eighth but by only three lengths in the Del Mar Oaks, Grade 2 Breeders\' Cup Juvenile Fillies Turf winner More Than Real; and Irish import Together, who has a Group 3 under her belt and then ran second in the Grade 1 First Lady in her U.S. debut seven days ago.
