Sundays $250,000 Ruffian Invitational at Saratoga features a field of six including likely favorite Unrivaled Belle, who has the distinction of having beaten Horse of the Year, Rachel Alexandra, last April at Churchill. She most recently finished second in the Ogden Phipps Handicap at Belmont. Malibu Prayer is an extremely talented horse and is coming out of an easier race than Unrivaled Belle, but she drew away impressively, and has a Grade 2 win to her credit. Tasty Temptation is an interesting horse in that she has won four straight races coming into this race, and although her speed figures are a little light, it takes heart to pull off four in a row. Tasty Temptation has never started on dirt and if she takes to the surface, she could well be a factor. Starship Angel, Classofsixtythree, and Zaphyra round out the field.
