Its a showdown between Indian Blessing and Sara Louise in Saturday\'s Grade 2, $150,000 Gallant Bloom Handicap at Belmont Park. Indian Blessing is a three time Grade 1 winner and finished runner up in both the Dubai Golden Shaheen (G1) and last years Breeders\' Cup Sprint. Her last two efforts have not been inspiring however, although her last effort in the Ballerina (G1) was solid enough and maybe the 7 furlong distance of that race was a little too long for her. The cutback to 6 1/2 furlongs might be what the doctor ordered, and she did win this race last year in a romp. Sara Louise is lightly raced and is trained by the always dangerous Godolphin training stable. She has the best last Beyer number of the field but that was over a sloppy track, it remains to be seen if she is that good on a fast dry track. Any Limit is graded stakes placed, and Thunders Dove has won five consecutive races albeit none in graded stakes and looks pretty good. American Queen, Sky Haven, and P.S.U. Grad round out the field.
