Bribon enters Sunday\'s $1 million Woodbine Mile as the 5-2 favorite on the morning lin where he will clash with defending champion Rahy\'s Attorney and runner-up Ventura. Bribon won the Grade 1 Met Mile on regular dirt in May and recently won a classified allowance race at a mile on the grass over at Saratoga winning easily by 2 3/4 lenghts despite checking at the 3/16 pole. Rahy\'s Attorney ran an abnormally dull race most recently over 1 3/8 miles in the Grade 2 Sky Classic Stakes, in which he tracked pacemaker Marlang before fading to sixth, but might have been going too long and now gets a cutback in distance. Ventura is always dangerous and very consistent. Jungle Wave is interesting and is coming off a nice 7 furlong turf effort at Woodbine, but he is an unproven commodity at the mile distance. Field Commission finished second to him in that race and has an outside chance to be in the mix at the wire. Sterwins trys to defeat his rival Rahy\'s Attorney who beat him in the King Edward stakes (G2) and always puts in a game effort. Ferneley comes in off a win in the Del Mar Mile (G2) on turf and gets top jockey Rafael Bejarano. Daylight Express, Grand Adventure, and Sand Cove round out the field.
