Del Mar
I grew up about 15 minutes from Del Mar Racetrack. I would go to the Del Mar Fair in late june til july with my parents as a kid every summer. They had great horse racing plus horse shows at the fair. Also I remember the ferris wheel being huge!!!!!

How anyone could vote Saratoga, or any other Northeast track over a place like Del Mar is beyond The Flying One.
Flyingdaaka is not trying to say Saratoga is a dump, Flyingdaaka's blood sweat and tears rest in peace at Suffolk Downs, but come on. Nice beaches, hot women, beautiful weather, you could race gerbals and it wouldn't matter with that set-up.

I have never been to the races myself!! I have seen harness racing and that is pretty exciting, but I would love to go to the derby some day!!
