Horse Racing Fantasy Community

It has come to our attention that some users of McAfeee Security Center are not having their races post to the community due to the default restrictions in place with the McAfee Personal Firewall. In order to work around this issue, please follow the steps detailed below to insure your races are being properly credited to your account.

Step 1) Close Horse Racing Fantasy and double-click the McAfee SecurityCenter Icon in your system tray (normally found near the clock in the lower left hand corner of the screen.)

Step 2) Select the Internet & Network category on the Protection Status screen, and then click "Configure" to change the advanced settings for the Firewall.

Step 3) Choose Program Permissions and look for a program named "Communicator" with the executable file name "HorseRaceAtl.exe" and make sure that it has "Full Access." If it does not, click the "Allow Access" button to ensure that it has "Full Access" to communicate with the Community Server.

Step 4) Then choose "Trusted and Banned IPs" in the Firewall settings list and add the following two IP address to the list of Trusted IP Addresses:

• 74.54.74.227
• 74.54.74.230

Step 4

This should allow you to get your races stored on the server. If you were experiencing this issue because of McAfee, don't worry, our program stores the races it is unable to send up and it will post all of them the next time you race. If you see that the program is not uploading your races even after this fix, please contact support@horseracegame.com
