suncity10/31/2010 10:03PM I haft to agree with JB here. (Gio Top) & (War Doc) have at least 4sr better & more constancy during this tournament then small my shoe both the same weight during prelims & finial. I think the handicapper did not adjust weights form prelims to finial. |
jbcri0910/31/2010 08:24PM Up The Road, I make it simple. Scale weights the fav 122lbs, Smell My Shoe 119lbs. But the final the fav 118lbs, Smell My Shoe 117lbs. Prelims Smell my Shoe had 3lb break but in handicapped weights it has a 2lb break. How can this be? The fav is better and now only gives up 2lbs vs prelim scale weights 3lbs. |
jbcri0910/31/2010 07:20PM Up The Road, The favorite got a 4lb break vs mine only 2lb break. What a joke. |
jbcri0910/31/2010 07:11PM Up The Road, Gio Top 4-1 Sr 119.85 weight break 5lbs, Smell My Shoe 8-1 Sr 113.60 weight break 2lbs, wow the better horse gets 3lb break. What kind of handicapping is this? |
oparada07/29/2010 11:17PM @Robertty your horse is young and lightly raced. The last race was a bad race for your horse which can be attributed to change of instructions or inconsistency. You are 3lbs lighter than all of your prelims and if your horse fires and if you have found the training instructions to his liking you should be in the top three if not the winner. |
robertty07/29/2010 08:22PM You can only please some of the people some of the time, and never all the people all the time. I really don't think Dingy Dr. should be carrying that much weight, but I'll turn a negative into a positive by taking this high weight as a compliment of my horse ability, even though it will probably cost me a victory..... |
suncity07/19/2010 01:12AM (Just Enough) nothing about weights. I would say my horse would be a 20/1 shot. Finial clunker. Never finished in the op 4. I hope you took finial consistency into account when giving out weights. Wish you luck playing survivor. rn |
oparada07/05/2010 02:52AM @califokie and westphalia you people need to start looking at the final times....just because you win or loose one does not mean your horse is the best\worst one in the field. He could have been up against easy\hard competition and you won. |
califokie07/04/2010 10:07AM I guess I just don't understand handicapping... Last tourney I had a horse that made the final by the skin of his teeth and got top weight in it... Today I have a much better horse getting mid weight... Doesn't make sense. I can't get myself to vote neg on this one but I can't vote pos either because my horse should be at (or near) top weight... I think these handicappers are simply spread too thin... I think we are seeing the results of rushing too much. |
westphalia07/02/2010 12:32PM Why in my horse 4:1. She is 8th on the leader board!!! Ensign Easy gets less weight than my horse and they are a lot higher on the leader board. Sigma Prime did not win one race or even come 2nd!!! |
kalabrouchie06/23/2010 01:36PM good job (ladies man) |
flyingdaaka06/23/2010 09:09AM Jbcri's horse should be carrying more. Why didn't Sundown's horse get the piano ???? Good job besides that, not a lot of spread in weight, which is good. |
blairblenman3006/22/2010 10:34AM i do not agree with you there beefy i believe Tentams consistency makes this about correct but its close though good luck this one is about who improves the most ...all young horses coming on .... |
beefybruno06/21/2010 07:40AM Good weight selection, though, I thought ESPANYA should have been higher weight than Tentam. |
oparada06/18/2010 09:01PM Thanks guys! it's tough to do it in the 45min since i like to review all races and times as well as form for each distance. Thanks for the support guys. |
bettowin9806/18/2010 03:37PM Great job. You are a very good handicapper. |
