hollywood gold cup sim race
watched this race twice so far, 1st time, mast track at 40-1 lone speed won by 2L. tiago prob would have won at even money except he had major traffic problems. 2nd race, go between won by a hd over mast track again, this time at 32-1. hopefully mast track will go off at at least 20-1 post time.
only thing so far is this race has come up pretty slow for a 1 mil. grade 1. winning sr in both races were 95 AND 93

Mast track wins . We love what we do here at horse racing simulations . This is why we have such a relistic game because we have the ability to do what we do. I downloaded the race this morning, and just watched. Mast Track wins wire to wire. I ran the race again, but this time I decided to jockey the favorite Tiago. Mast Track wins again, wire to wire. I head to Hollywood Park for a day of races and guess what? Mast Track wins wire to wire. WOW!!!
May they all come home safely!!!
I ran this race and it kept aggravating me that Mast Track was so tough. I read the pp's and he looked pretty good. But who would have thunk it. So I thought what the hell? I actually went to the local casino and bet Mast Track across the board and played the exacta with Go Between. I just paid my VIP for the next few years!!! WOOHOO!!!!
You guys are freaky awesome. Oh and to the original poster, the race WAS slow for a G1, these guys nailed it. Guess they know what their business pretty well.
Mast also won in my race too....the 2nd time I ran it I took Perfect Drift and he came in second to Mast....I thought about placing the best thinking of the great payout....but I forgot to and now I am kicking myself.
Can we get the United Nations race next week ?
on the synthetic surface the track variant is coming up at -4.58 in the gold cup?? why is that

Mike - I don't mean to sound nit-picky on this, since all of us VIP members appreciate the free downloads, but I wonder why you just don't make them available in the FILES area of the MY ACCOUNT page, since all other files are kept there for us. It's much easier for us when they are all kept in one place. Just a friendly suggestion!
To those who did not pay attention to what just happened with this race and the free race file all the VIP got before hand ... The game picked the winner and nailed the exacta. Payouts are as follows
1- Mast track $23.60 win $11.20 place $7.40 show
1-7 Exacta paid $46.50
NOT BAD.

I saw your question to Mike and I thought I would respond. Basically, if a horse or race file does not have a SKW number attached to it (in another words it's not part of the files for sale at our store for either points or cash), then the horse race file cannot be distributed through that part of the horse racing game program. You will only find horse race files and horse files accessible through the Files tab on your profile page. Bonus files, for now, will have to be sent through email. Hopefully, this clarifies your question.

The Hollywood Gold Cup simulation was incredible! It was like these guys saw the race before it happened. Great call on the Gold Cup, not only picking the winner but also the exacta. Even better was the great call on the way the entire race ran. I've watched the simulation again and again. Whether I jockey some of the horses or just watch, the result is almost a mirror to the actual horse race itself. Pretty cool stuff!
Friday morning when I first got the form I saw Mast Track was going to be the speed. So after looking at the form throughout the day and reading what Baze said I told myself I'm putting $50 to win on him and $100 place.
Well then we got the sim. I just watched and let it play out three times. Mast Track won all 3...after that I said to myself, I've got to put more on him. So I ended up going $100 across the bord and it paid off.
Without the sim, I would have made around $1,150 but thanks to the sim I made just over $2,000. I was so happy I didn't get to bed until around 4 in the morning. Expect me to be buying some horse files, I'ma VIP for life.
