File download problem

Hiya. I download some new files I purchased with my points, but when it is installing a box pop ups and says HrfUpdateDB.GetInifileData can't be found... I usually ignore it but when I opened up HRG a box pops up to install the update. When I press okay, it says Unable to open database containing updates. Error 3024 Could not find '187 - Best Horses Before 1950.mdb'.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling about three times but to no avail. Please advise me on this situation.
