Good day. Welcome to the nut house of horse racing. Good luck to ya. Have fun and enjoy this great game. If you have any ideas let them know they will listen.
Welcome to the community...love your account name. (I can never be original like that!) This is a great game, with the developers active participants in the Forum. Many of us have been playing this game for many years using the great horses of old; the "community" version with made-up horses is new for all of us. But this is a very fun, addicting game that any true horse racing lover should enjoy!
Hello everyone! I am so happy to have found this site full of horse racing friends. (Afleet Ali, I love your screen name).
Horse racing is my passion, I have loved it since I was little, probably being the youngest member of a "Betting Club" at the old and now departed Liberty Bell Park. Eight years old is a little young....they had no clue.
I went to work at Philadelphia Park (how's this for carbon dating me, CC Lopez was our exercise rider), worked up and down the east coast and saw the greats and never have lost my love for our sport.
Not much of a bettor, since I usually follow well intentioned tips by trainer friends when I get back east to visit, but I will love racing til the day I cross the finish line.
I can't wait to get into some online racing, and hope to see you all soon once I have read all the faqs and tips. Probably the wisest thing to do, since in my first practice race I finished dead last after leading all the way , seems I right arrowed my colt right into no stamina left....but I am a quick study, so can't wait to get in some races.
Again, so glad to be here at this wonderful racing site and hope to run right by you in a race...(I do talk a good game :) )
All the best to you,
Susan
phillyinkansas- CC Lopez is one of my fav's at monmouth and rides some of my speed horses (when they actually make it to the track).
His sons are now all around, kind of scary (both Erick and Danny), they are trying to make it as jocks now. Not to make things worse on the age front :)
Any questions at all about the game dont hesitate to ask....so much fun and a lot less expensive then their real life counterparts.
