Decided to do some training this morning and instead found community horse files: 1,3,4,7,8,and 9 gone, along with inactive retired horses from before update. Has anyone else noticed this or am I the lucky one? I am trying to be VERY patient with the newer version but right now my head is spinning and hopefully the answer is NOT to reload game.
We are working on the issue with the horse files. I think it is tied to some corrupt data since the migration.
This is one of several top issues and will be addressed
But, as I've been saying, my Secretariat, Riva Ridge and the two Europian horse files come and go. They've been gone again for about three days now..
The problem with reinstalling the game, is, you loose all of your retired horses. I wish there was away to get them back.If there is, could somebody let me know how? I still have them on my desktop. Btw, the missing horse files are on both computers. My Laptop and Desktop.
E-mail support about the missing Secretariat & Riva Ridge file and they will credit your account for the file but DO NOT purchase this file again as it is corrupt and will probably disappear again. Support assures me that once the problem is rectified, the file will be added to my account at no charge. As far as the retired horses, I'm not sure but I believe they have disappeared into the ether sphere never to be seen again, unless you can go to a restore point on your computer before the retired horses were lost, I really don't know.
I too am missing this file but i'm quite sure i will be reimbursed just like i was the corrupt horse i bred (LOL)
We have implemented a fix for this and now feel the issue is resolved. We will know for sure over the next 1-2 days
