I received this email after I purchased points: 7:49pm on 8:18 - Thanks to your order you now have a new role, Default. Then at 8:20pm on 8:18 I got this email: The role, Default has expired. My question is : Has anyone any idea what this means? I haven't heard anything about "Default" before in the year I've been here.
These two things have the same cause and this issue is the highest priority item on the todo list right now being worked on by the team before anything else since it affects some users not being able to use all site/client features right now.
Mike or me will post an update once this is addressed.

This issue was effecting a lot of players we are sorry for the inconvenience. This issue is now resolved
It is probably due to them updating stuff. I still have a half naked front page that is missing many items that used to be there.
