I have cancelled my VIP membership ( after sending two emails to support) and I received an email saying that they were sorry to see me go and they hoped I would come back someday. Why does cancelling VIP membership equal quitting the game? I resent that assumption.I am not leaving or giving up my little stable of non-runners, but I have found in two months as a VIP that the status does nothing to increase my enjoyment of the original free game. I do not plan to buy or breed more horses, I do not have enough points to enter my horses in the rather astronomically priced tournaments, and I will not buy more points to do so. Why can I not just enjoy playing with my horses, racing them against one another and occasional Quick Start horses and still be a member in good standing ? I am not happy with the stable that I had so looked forward to, the game is slower, there are bothersome "glitches" such as the manes, and the fact that the horses in my stable look nothing like the ones in the game , but I am still here and am not planning to leave. Hopefully, things will be corrected in due time.

To me a person is no longer

To me a person is no longer playing the training game if they have no horses in their stable at all. They may still be active in the jockey and bettor tournaments though. I just noticed a couple on my buddy list pointcrown and dahghee have no horses in their stable. Sad to see them go but people move on. You are still are player in the game as you have horses which you are paying for.

- VIP

In any case were glad to see your still "Happy?" to be hear with us. I look forward to pitting your stable of Goats against my stable of exotic Sheep. Lol. I bet I got a mount slower than a three footed weimaraner. Maybe we can find a Power Walking race to compete in. The VIP may not seem to add much and as you say if your a happy small fish in a big pond, why make ripples. It does help add points when you win. It gives you a little more info, it charges a little less for some services. Helps with stable fees for bigger stables. But it is kind of like a membership badge and includes one in a group that like to identify with a semi professional organization or club. If your a VIP your probably going to spend some money plain and simple. But like all entertainment, boys play with toys that come with a bill , girls pay for things that give them a thrill. VIPs are proud, (or Deluded) enough to join and be proud members of this insane attempt at self indulgence....

manes

I agree with you on the manes- what TB competes with roached manes? Looks more like draft horse ( love draft horses, this is not a slur, but I don't want to race them)
Where is the horse's jaw? In my mind I am breeding TB with graceful, elegant necks, refined head and ears, wide intelligent eyes and fast feet. Then I look at their BSR and their appearance in the stable and realize I didn't. The last few months have been frustrating and I have been tempted to drop VIP. I console myself that I joined on a yearly basis so this month is "free"- have decisions to make soon though. I have turned down 3 students until I decide my fate- probably decided by the next 10 horses I breed (haven't broken 100 lately) and how fast the improvements in speed happens. It is taking twice as long to find tournaments and cruise the forums. However, I would really miss this game- it has more potential than any other online game, video game or arcade horse racing game that I have played. The games biggest asset is this great community.

What a precious Mini !

The problem is that hey do not even slightly resemble Thoroughbreds. My Palomino looks more like a Przewalski ! They look lovely when they are racing, except head on they are rather boxy, so I wonder why the same animation was not used in the stable ? Different artists apparently. I realize that some see this as "nitpicking" but when you have spent so much time with Thoroughbreds, and other breeds of horses, you expect a certain "look". Of course, even Thoroughbreds vary in size, color, confirmation, height, weight, etc. which I well understand from having Groomed and ridden from 15hh to 17hh and everything in between but those manes are just silly. The racing versions do not have any manes at all. I think they should just leave them off all together.

Web game animation (Unity viewer)

Web game animation (Unity viewer) is just bad. Of course that's just my opinion. Nothing like I was hoping for. I only watch my races on the old platform.

Eventually your horses will be retired if you no longer pay their stable fees. I'm not sure that they will be available in the advanced mode. But I hope they are so that you can stll play with them.

Good luck

Hello

I do not intend to stop paying my stable fees because I do want to keep playing with them. My filly just soundly beat her two stablemates twice and she was second in a fairly good field of Quick Start fillies. I do not mind not putting them in tournaments, in fact I think it is more fun to be able to pick the field. Cheers !
