It is an error in the software. Someday it will be corrected, but it has no effect on the horse's performance.

I believe That hh

is refering to the height of the horse.

Isn't hh referring to hand height ?

15.6 hh is ok.

You need to find out your horse's bsr or birth speed rating as it will help tell you what you have with this horse.

This info is at the bottom of the horse's performance report located on its stable page.

The heights drive me crazy too ! You are correct. 15.6.hh should be 16.2hh. I do not think it is a "glitch" so much as computer "experts" who know little about actual horses. How do you like those crazy black seahorse manes on the chestnut, palomino, gray horses (anything other than a black, bay or dark bay or brown horse) ? I have never witnessed this phenomena in the "real" horse world. All part of the horseracing "fantasy", like the jockeys with massive hands and feet and the odd whole bale of hay (oat)? or straw in each stall. I was so looking forward to getting my stable but it has been a huge disappointment.

These issues will be

These issues will be addressed over time but other core functionality issues have higher priority right now.

@ladywickham: I'll take the blame for anything looking off in the realtime 3d end because i worked on that.
I was always into horses but before working on this game i had in comparison to now very little knowledge about horse racing, barns etc etc.
There are many in the horse racing fantasy team who are into horse racing for many years and well versed experts, so due to that, yes, we are aware of many of the sides where things could be made more like the real thing.
We see any of the new 3d on the web functionality as first step, it is a bold first step, but still a first step, there´s lots to add and improve and we will strive for doing so once the remaining core functionality issues on the backend side of the community coming with the many changes of the new version launch are addressed.

Thank you for your strange reply. I have a feeling that English is not your first language but I applaud your efforts.

Horse Height

Thanks, all, for your responses. Your time is appreciated.

@Unityman: The stallions and mares available for breeding are also listed incorrectly in many cases. Since height is often related to stride length, which is related to distance/speed, it seems that correct height is an important issue to get correct. I'm wondering how it happens that so many of the real horses available for breeding are incorrectly listed as regards height. Are the other facts in the entries trustworthy? I guess I could look each one up on Equineline, but what waste of time and energy!

Also, although some corrections can be made, a really tall mare with a really small stallion does present difficulties in the real world.

And now on another topic: a Unityman: I used my hypomating program to test breedings before purchase. Your foal result compared poorly with what my hypomating gave me. The nicks were solid, dosage indices were low and speed and stamina factors were different from what I got here. What do you use to get a breeding result?

It's random "Derby".
It's just a game, not real life. Just enjoy the fun and people here.
Good luck on the track.

@drhet

LOL! You're right! I am a breeder in real life and catch myself trying to make the game follow suit.
