Are we getting a discount on are VIP? Since we got no chat, VIP should be cut to $4.95 a month.

No

I should have charged more. It has been 27 days without chat. A $1.00 a day, now they owe me.

Correct

I think JB is correct (for a change [only joking JB]). I have been waiting for over a month for replies from support without success. I passed this over to Mike and he replied (almost instantly) that outgoing emails not being received was a known problem. If HRF were to refund $1 per day that the service was faulty do you think it would take a month to fix?

I also have the problem that my tournament info only shows the info that would be available if I was looking at YOUR stable pages. I'm not able to see which races need training/jockey instructions without going into each tour to access the info. If that was another $1 per day it would have been fixed yesterday.

I'm very much reminded about an earlier comment I made with regards to peanuts and monkeys. It seems Mike now has a supply of bananas and things are going in the right direction. If only.....

@Gerimack: Sadly the way it

@Gerimack:
Sadly the way it works is that sometimes one throws more money at it (more servers, more features, more developers) and still or due to that, for a while, especially when doing major transitions and upgrades various things actually work worse for a while until all the kinks are ironed out (and it then ideally being and running much nicer at the end =) )
Mike and the team push as hard as possible to get to a smooth state asap though, for example the team worked on the weekend again to get issues like the one you talked about addressed.
Regarding that particular problem you talked about please have a look here:
