When you open a new browser window, go to http://www.horseracegame.com/community
log in there and then in the top menu go to "Get Points" and then in the sub Menu to
"Buy Points" does it show an "Access Denied" page?
Or does it bring up an Access Denied page when you try to access other portions of the site while logged in?
If so then this is an issue on the backend affecting some users since some recent backend changes and the team is aware of it and will address asap.

What about reports? (old & new) when will both be fixed? i can't even get new ones as the report page won't load. :)
It would be neat to have a built in feature that tests that for users, similar to test you describe above but automated with a click.
I need more details on what you are seeing or not seeing. When you uninstalled the game did you remove the HRFN file with your app data file.?
Make sure your running your computer in English mode
Try to check all your firewall settings as well.
