I have the desktop extention on my home computer and it works fine. I also tried to load it on my office computer and after it installs it will not complete the opening of the program. Can you only have it on 1 computer?

I've done everything in the book and it still won't allow me to get into the trainers tool box. I do everything on my desktop.
Unfortunetly, when I re-installed the HRF game on my laptop, I lost all of my retired horses. I wish there was some way to get them back. I do have them on my desktop.
I'm always leary of new versions, because it always affects my computer(s) negativly.
I might add, I buy good computers and replace them often. Soooo, it's not an antique computer that's causing me problems. Windows Vista on Desktop. Windows 7 on Laptop.
