You should see the student profile block in right panel now
This issue has been fixed now and you would see the 'student profile' block in the right panel until you post a feedback for your mentor.
All students should know that they can post the feedback for mentor in the next 7 days after the completion of their mentor-ship duration. If not, mentor will receive a bad rating from student automatically.

This is Bullshit. My student finished 8 days ago and HRF just fixed the issue. You get a bad student rating after 7 days. If they could not rate you because the box wasnt there why should you get a bad rating. Fix the problem HRF. I dont want my first bad rating on my record because of your mistake. No more students for me.
I have to take exception as well - I don't know if this has always been the case I just know I had a couple students early on who disappeared never to return and got a bad rating once that I couldn't figure out when the player had long left. A mentor should never get a bad rating just because a student up and leaves never to be heard from again - that is truly absurd - I have mentored alot of students and have seen numerous up leave or never really participate no how much help I offered - sometimes they just change there minds for whatever reasons and we certianly should not get bad rating because the do - I know not a single disappearing act was from lack of effort on my part
i wondered why i have a couple of bad ratings so that explains it then i have had the same problem the student leaving and not coming back on yes i agree the mentors should not recieve a bad mark for this.
as the same as you i make every effort to give the students my all.
it would be nice to see it change

I´ll nag the team about changing it =)
So as first quick measure all the mentors who had automatically received a negative rating from students during the previous week (when manual rating was not possible due to site maintenance work) are given a positive rating now.
And the team is working on some improvements to how that works in general so i´ll post another reply once that´s done =)

It is of course unfortunate you automatically received a negative rating while manual rating was not possible due to work on the site going on at that point.
I have forwarded your issue to support so the team can figure out a way how to address this best.
