My questions as a new VIP player (36 hours old)
How can I run in and watch MY horses run in races against other online players Today (not 4 weeks from now)?
I made a mistake on Mentor Student fillout, and clicked Sunday available rather that everyday of the week, How can I change it?
Is this game Crashing, and freezing up for everyone or just me?
Where is a chat room where I can chat with real people who are on line now? most games have this..
Are there Maiden races I can enter?
I have not found them other than the one that came with my free horse when I first logged into the game.
I am having trouble entering my 5th horse, into a race, it keeps putting in the name of one of my other horses. Yes I went to my stable and clicked on the horse, scrolled down to races he was eligble for, and followed that way of doing an entry.
Is this a bug?
Is this game a new release Beta Version?
Well it seems the only tourneys available for a decent horse, are the final leg of Breeders Cup (not qualified for those). Or claimers (bad idea on a good horses lilke mine). NO Platinums were available.
Soooooo.....basically nothing available now, today. Why play the game if that is the case. Sign up now and come back in 4 weeks, and pay money to do it. (duh?)
That is why I dont play the game of life. I just want to walk into a entry level job interview and walk out the president of the company. That isn't likely to happen so that is why I just sit home all day and think of how I can turn nothing into something without putting any effort into it.

I agree with many points you made. This is offered as a game for entertainment. Yet all I am seeing is ads to buy stuff. Take surveys and ads. Spamming ads to have all my friends join.
Why would I do that? There is no game here. You get a free horse. And nothing to do.
There is not even a Chat room. You have to wait weeks to watch your horse run. Why would I buy credits to breed, I have not even been enticed enuf to try that.
And even if I breed, why spend $10 a month for entertainment, and then wait a month to watch the result. If they gave me lots of action (entertainment) sure then it is worth it.
There are too many other very good choices out there for $10 a month or less.
Sorry this game is not even for horse racing junkies....they love action, which is why
you can play every track in the country now.
You make some good points. I hope the owners of the game see them, as I think it is the kind of real feed back they need.
This game has the potential to be world class. Whether they will take it there before the British take their version there, is another question all together.
Some game designer will if they don't. Maybe one of the Vegas casino's will fund the venture. They sure understand give large numbers of people what they want. Action and more fast action.
$10 a month times 100,000 players...Well you do the math. They will never get there with people leaving out of boredom by the boat loads.
Yes I have been booted out of the game because of crashed at least 7 times today, when I change from one page to another....not good...serious issues they got on this Beta version...yet I am not being paid as a beta tester...not even free VIP
You can get more out of the game when becoming a VIP and one doesn't have to wait that long for another tourney/race.
There was a chatroom, too but it is offline right now whle the chat itself and many other parts of the community pages are being worked on to improve performance, stability, load times and various other things.
Since we recently launched a new version of the community and various new realtime 3d web viewer modules and switched server clusters, upgraded and changed the backend massively etc, yes right now we're in something like a public beta phase, there are all sorts of launch issues to iron out and the team is addressing all critical issues as fast as possible.
There should be no critical issues on the level of crashing or freezing though so please contact support if you have any serious problems like that.
Besides the first race you ran when signing up there are no Maiden races right now.
Besides all that you made some good points and we want the game to become more approachable to new players and will continue work on those ends, too and i'll note this thread for internal team discussion.
You seem to be repeating this ten dollars a month thing over and over. It's like there is an echo in here or something.
Are you a miser or what ? How much did your computer cost you or do you go to the library to use one?
Really if you need money then try getting a job. Why does everyone want something for nothing ? Life just isn't like that.
1. You have to enter a tournament to watch your horses run against other online players.
2. You are not able to change it. It's not really a big deal on what day you are available for the student sign up. You will find that your mentor is available just about any day so it is not really a big deal. I would be happy to help you out if you wanted me to be your mentor.
3. It is not crashing and freezing up for everyone. If that is happening you might want to email support, I'm sure they will help you out pretty quickly.
4.The chat room is a couple of weeks away. They had issues with it when switching over to the new site, so they are currently working on getting it up.
5. There are not any maiden races. Keep in mind most 2 year olds you will face are maidens anyway. I think they may one day roll that out but don't quote me on that.
6. Not sure why you are having trouble with getting that horse entered. Best way to go about it is to email support so they can take a closer look. Or you could give me your log in info and I could give it a try.
7. This is the newest version of the game. It was moved to a different server with better graphics. Basically the meat and potatoes of the old version are still in place.
