It would be nice if a student could sign a mentor off with no problen. I have 3 students that can not find where to do it. I will not take on anymore until I get an answer in detail.

This issue has been fixed now and students would see the 'student profile' block in the right panel until they post a feedback for their mentor for next 7 days after the completion of mentor program.
All students should know that they can post the feedback for mentor in the next 7 days after the completion of their mentor-ship duration. If not, mentor will receive a bad rating from student automatically.

So we are punished(players) because it was a glitch in the system for not having a chance to rate our mentor. It also makes us look really stupid when our mentor is asking over and over again to rate. I only have mentor signup on the right. HRF show me where I can rate mentor. What a joke. Mentors should not have a bad rating because of the glitch in this new system. Im waiting for a HRF response to help!!!!

Sorry regarding what happened there.
It is of course unfortunate you automatically received a negative rating while manual rating was not possible due to work on the site going on at that point.
I have forwarded your issue to support so the team can figure out a way how to address this best.

All the mentors who had automatically received a bad rating from students in last week when HRF system had an issue with student profile block, are given a good rating now.
