But taking into consideration how full their plate is right now I calmed down and looked at it reasonably. Puddles was right on it as you can see from his post in another thread in the forum. And the support staff was just as quickly on top of it as puddles.There have been times in the past I have ripped the staff for not being as vigilant and I voiced my opinion then and felt I need to voice my opinion now. Job well done Thank You all

Id like to take this time to compliment puddles and the HRF Staff for a job well done.
recently I had a problem where a horse was removed from a preliminary race for no reason. I Pmed puddles and support .I was frustrated and upset I may have used so words that were not appropriate

I have to say that whenever I have had any kind of issue,it has always been sorted out by the HRF staff and Puddles.We might get upset at times but HRF always help when it is needed.I would also like to thank Unityman for the help he has given me when I have needed it.

I re wrote this post at least 10 times, and that is what I do before I post something. Sometimes after all that re writing I decide not to post at all and close the thread. It may help you to follow those same steps. LOL

Well they blew it. 3 weeks ago I send an email making them aware of a problem I am having with mentor over ride points. In that time I have received one reply Tech support will get back to you well i am still waiting is any one working there or did they all get fired for all the screw ups that have been going on since the new update came into affect. Sorry guys I have to take it back your slacking this question isnt brain surgery I should have had an answeer 2 1/2 WEEKS AGO
Puddles I think you need to fired some more of the dead weight

i have to say i have always got a reply and my problems sorted
