But taking into consideration how full their plate is right now I calmed down and looked at it reasonably. Puddles was right on it as you can see from his post in another thread in the forum. And the support staff was just as quickly on top of it as puddles.There have been times in the past I have ripped the staff for not being as vigilant and I voiced my opinion then and felt I need to voice my opinion now. I have to say that whenever I have had any kind of issue,it has always been sorted out by the HRF staff and Puddles.We might get upset at times but HRF always help when it is needed.I would also like to thank Unityman for the help he has given me when I have needed it.

Well they blew it. 3 weeks ago I send an email making them aware of a problem I am having with mentor over ride points. In that time I have received one reply Tech support will get back to you well i am still waiting is any one working there or did they all get fired for all the screw ups that have been going on since the new update came into affect. Sorry guys I have to take it back your slacking this question isnt brain surgery I should have had an answeer 2 1/2 WEEKS AGO
