trying to find out if any maiden races at all
do claim races count as a maiden race? I have a horse who won her very first race ever, but I never got the maiden badge. Is that because the race was a claim race?
Basically, whenever I talk about maidens, I'm wishing that the day will come for HRF to impliment maiden tournaments. Meaning for horses that have never won a race. I didn't know they had maiden badges. Yes, HRF, let's have tournaments for non winners. Maidens.
I for one would love to see them. It would bring a new aspect to the game but I think they will be just like the reds for the big trainers. They will dump a few under the wrong conditions then bring then in for an easy win.
I ran across a maiden badge when I was looking at horses from different stables. I think it was an admin's stable where they test horses and low and behold I saw a maiden badge and a type of race that i had never saw before. So it leads me to believe there are maiden races in the works.
Unityman has a maiden race badge. But, it looks like it's just for testing purposes:
I have a Maiden race badge. Perhaps this is a new feature for new members? (I just signed up a few days ago.) During the registration process, my horse was put in a race against some pool horses and I won. After I confirmed my account a badge showed up on my profile.
I believe everybody wins that race. I haven't seen any LOSER badges.
Hi All
When I recieved my free horse he went right into a maiden race and won.I got a maiden badge, but all my horses after the first were never given a maiden race opportunity.I hope this may shed a little light on the subject. It would be cool if all your horses had to break their maiden before moving on to tournaments
Good Luck to all and have a great evening

You are looking at it mistakenly...
It is not the horse that is the maiden...
It is you...
(Unless you are a multi accounter) ;)
There are no races specifically designed for maidens. Many of us, myself included, would love to see maiden tournaments And a better class system for our Generals.
