I completed 2 different surveys for a combined 30,000 points and they were not credited to my account. The Peanuts Lab page indicated the points were awarded. It took over an hour of my time to complete those, it's very frustrating.

I am hoping to see something posted that this problem is known and in the process of being resolved.

I get like a 50% success rate

I get like a 50% success rate from the free offers.

I dont like doing them period, but then when I dont get points its pretty much a failed system IMO. I will say some points have showed up like 2-3 days later. So good luck.

Free offers

Have always been a night mare . I am checking to make sure the new game interface is hooked up correctly but this will not be done until tomorrow.

We do not control free offers but I will do what I can to see if there is a issue.

One thing players need to know that if you do not get the credit on free offers we do not get paid. With that said I will check this out with the tech team in detail tomorrow

Since Puddles also now posted

Since Puddles also now posted an update to this on the main site thought that should be linked here, too:

Other options?

Even before the upgrade a lot of these never reported. Is it possible there is another company out there that supplies you with more quality offers?

Some of these are down right garbage and actually try to trick you into giving your cell phone and hitting return so they can bill you for auto sign up and stuff.

I've never had any experience but seems like there has to be a better way to get offers than currently.

As Puddles outlined in his

As Puddles outlined in his post we´re not happy with some third party offers not working well, too, so we would get rid of those but there´s a certain part of the userbase which demands that there´s this way of getting points.
So: Sure, we would like to have the best offers possible of course so when we find any good options we´ll go for those =)

I would say get used to not

I would say get used to not getting points sometimes when completing free offers, I would say I get the points for the ones I complete maybe 50% of the time. Also not sure how many offers you have completed but be prepared to get hundreds of emails too lol
