Since the big website upgrade, I'm missing 2 horse files that I bought ( Secretariat & Riva Ridge, Best European horses) How do I get them back? I printed the receipts from where I purchased them. They are not in the files section either for me to download and they don't show up on my game. Please help!

I did reply in another post. Anyone missing files please contact (email) support@horseracegame.com and they will help . Not sure how any file can be missing but we will resolve the issue ...

I did contact them, and their recommendation didn't work, you can clearly see in my order history that I purchased them, but they are not in the file tab like the other files that I have. The problem never occurred until the game went offline and now since it can be played again, those 2 files are gone! Apparently I'm not the only one this happened to, the other poster in this thread is having the same problem.
All my horses and all my money are gone? Are these horses and the money we had before the shutdown going to be returned? I guess that was the first thing I noticed..haha I am sure everyone will have questions and problems, but I dont want to deposit anything else or become to involved until I get a response to this...thanks in advance
Tylods we show you had no active horses at the time the site was taken down on Monday, but you already know that.
if you want a full record of all your horses please let support know and we can send you the transaction logs. You can also go to your profile page and check all your transactions through several tabs

I am not sure if I am the only one but I havent been able to get onto the site for well over a month. I could not deposit money, I could not race horses, I could not do anything...if I could have got on I could have deposited money to keep my horses. So are you telling me that my horse especially one the had shed potential are gone because I was not able to deposit funds? Am I missing something?? what about the money I actually did have in my account, just gone?? Why am I being punished because I was not able to access the site? I tried to get on damn near every day during the shut down...
Not sure why you could not access the site in over a month please send a copy of the email you sent support stating that you were having issues logging into the site during the month.
