Cant bring up the Tournament

Cant bring up the Tournament schedule, and also cant sign up for races in a tourny that started last night.

Not sure if you are aware of this, so thought i would tell you.

Can anyone else watch their races

Can anyone else watch their races on the old platform (player)?

I can't and I want to. Also, how do you send chats. It's telling me that no one is online when I go to the chat room.

Yeah, it feels like xmas alright. The xmas that I thought I was gonna get an HO slot car track and instead got a figure 8 track with two big ass cars. Played with it for a week and never touched it again. I'm hoping this does not turn out to be the same experience.

Error message

Error message that I get when I try to use the old platform player:

"We are unable to update your trainer game races, prebuilt races or requested shared races at this time. Either your internet connection is slow our server is busy or your firewall setting is blocking our game-to-server communication. Please try again later or check your firewall settings to "allow" our application."

Everything was working fine until the update. No changes have been made to my firewall and my internet connection is not slow. I have also turned off my firewall, and it still did not work.

This is far too brutal for

This is far too brutal for me. I don't have anymore time to screw with this. I have 12 seconds for a page to load, not 12 minutes. I tried to enter a horse in a race. That was a total no go. I had a bunch that raced last night. I don't eevn know who the hell they were. When I went to write it all down, the update started. Can the graphics be turned off. They're cute. I don't need them. What I do need is functionality. This site is a slow resource hog. My computer is not that old. Can't handle all the bells and whistles. I know you are preaching patience. Mine is all but shot. I will have no choice but to kill off horses by the dozens. Too much time and valuable information is being lost to me at a game I'm still trying to learn yet my stable will get charged 8,500 a pop and I can't afford it under these condistions. Personally, I think you should suspend all racing until you get things sorted out. Because this ain't cutting it. I hate change!!!! And This is why. The old site may have looked outdated, but it had funtionality. And the race viewer, OMG! Please give me the old one!

Take your time

There are definitely some errors. They will be worked out as quickly as possible. Pages will load quickly and, once that happens, it will be easy to navigate the new site and get adjusted. Once you start navigating, the changes will all make sense because everything is organized. What we’ve done are three things – we have given you more choices if you want them. If you don’t just play the game the way you always have. Two, we have cleaned up the navigation so new players can adapt faster so we can build our community. And, three, we’re setting up a foundation to keep building out more features and functions. Again, the older players do not have to adjust – they can continue to play exactly the way they have been or utilize some of the new cool functionality. Don’t worry, you will be able to watch your races on your old game client (the desktop client extension) like you always have – prebuilt races, shared races, everything will work just fine. Just allow us to get through the initial
growing pains. The message below is just a reprint of an additional post. I also suggest reading my blogs on the home page.

Thank you very much. Some players are adapting very quickly. Other players are somewhat confused – or, just don’t like change. For the older players who are more traditional and don’t like change, please just give it a shot. Absolutely nothing has changed from a functional standpoint. You breed your horses the same way, you can train them on your computer (desktop client extension) the same way – nothing has changed. Once you adapt to the navigation here in the community, you’ll enjoy it more. You’ll find your way around the site faster with less clicks. And, if you want (you don’t have to), you can never watch a race using the new Unity viewer – you can run races exactly the way you do. Again, we are just giving you, the player, more options. You never know, there may be a day when you buy a Mac computer or a Notebook and you’ll have to watch the races through the web viewer.

The stable page is much easier to navigate. All the tools are right here in front of you. It’s easy now to find tournaments, specifically for any horse – performance reports, Lasix and other training tools are always associated to the horse in view on your stable page. In other words, it is all easy to manager.

We’ve organized the Bonus Program and put them into a simple menu that you can access instantaneously with a single link. We simplified the breeding process, making it easier for you to build your stable.

In the end, all players will adapt to the new foundation as we build out our horse racing game. Again, please let me express that nothing has changed from a functional standpoint if you were comfortable with the way you were playing the game.
