I've entered my first tournament. I thought I read somewhere that jockeys and trainers need instruction before you race. Where do I do this?
Also I thought I read you need to feed your horse. I can't find how to do that.
They say you should watch the trainer game video in the get help section. I go there and it says no video. What's up with that?
I had asked 2 people to mentor me and was turned down, so I decided to go at it alone. Can anyone help me with the above questions? Thanx.
No Need to feed your horses cause there is enough BS about the delay of the new update in the forums, to feed every horse in the game twice. LOL

I go there, and under trainer game it says no video.
Dont go it alone get a Mentor. Ask in the forums someone will be able to mentor you, plus you get free points too.

There are not videos for all aspects of the game, but there is text you'll need to read where no video provided.

You have to enter your horse in the individual races ( in your case up to 4 ) in the tournament. In your tournament 2 of the races are already closed, you can't enter those. Then you'll get a message for each race entered telling you to enter jockey/trainer instructions by a certain date/time. This is on your Stable page.
No feeding of virtual horses is required.
