Will there be any new horse files made for 2010-11 horses?
I thought you meant dat files. LOL Well, nothing new there. I could see them possibly eliminating them in the new release.
Why would they get rid of the classic horse files? That is the reason I play this game.
I sent puddles a message about the horse files a year ago and his reply was they were concentrating on the trainers game and horse files were on the shelf.
It would would not shock me to see these eliminated with the new version, screwing us that paid hundreds of dollars for them. I race all the classic horse files, that is why I play the game also. The really don't seem to care about people who don't play the trainers game anymore! It is sad, it is a great game to play. They have not created new files in almost 3 years. You will probably get no reply to this post as they only care about the trainers game now!!!!
Oh, you are misunderstanding me. They're not going to get rid of the classic horse files, as you call them. I'm talking about the data files that many talk about and use when training their horses.There are three videos on these (the dat) files.
The dat files are supposed to be a secret. The videos about the files were removed from the HRF home site, but luckily ronwar posted them on YouTube.

I've recently come across the dat files. As far as I can tell so far there not really much help. They just reflect the performance report and can maybe make it a little quicker to classify your horse if you run a big barn. So far the only use Ive found for them is that they can Identify a slop horse somewhat quickly. There may be a couple of other pointers in there but I can't find them.

I saw on youtube where they had I'll Have Another running against some other classic horses in the Belmont, so I would think they will make those. Was the you tube video the new game?

HRF is too busy not releasing the new web site
