I have a few questions about the new game.

Will we be able to train our horses in the web game as we do in the downloaded game?

Will there be issues playing the web based game on the iPad or apple computers?

Please add other serious questions. No need in being sarcastic about when the game is coming out. It will come out eventually, so it would be nice to know of known issues.

Thanks

Wc,

My understanding was it was designed so computers or devices that couldn't download and play the game could access it and play it completely on the web.. So I would assume that anything with internet access should be able to play.

My question is, since we will have the option of playing web based or downloaded, is it possible to do both with the same account ? I would really like the idea of having the game on the computer just as it is and having full access to the game on my cellphone too. As it is I can breed a horse on my cell but I have to go home to see what I got. Being able to see it's BSR and even train it on the cellphone before you go home would be awesome.

Yeah.

Thanks for stealing my line, Cap'n. I shall remember that, Sir!

Cali, can't you pull up the horse's performance report on the cell?
The performance report contains the horse's BSR.

?

Since the new game will have 3D fully rendered racetracks among other things and it is web based, what kind of specifications will a persons computer need to run it? Processor speed, RAM etc........

Jaycat, I don't think the

Jaycat,
I don't think the bsr is available in the performance report until the horse is inserted into your game on your computer. That's what I found out on some of my travels.

Blues impose limitations

Currently the Blue Tournaments only have one racing surface/condition. This is OK when racing on Sand and Synthetic as those are always “Fast Surfaces”.

What about Turf and Dirt? We buy horses (Blues) that in training can run very well on Dirt Good, Heavy and Sloppy but you can’t run them on those surface conditions because no Blue Tournaments are made for those surface conditions. The same situation occurs with Turf Hard, Yielding and Soft. Limiting “Blue” level horses to one surface condition limits player’s horses that might be able to run well on other surface conditions. By making an adjustment and adding alternative surface conditions to the Blue Tournaments would make the game more enjoyable for those that have not been able to breed a high BSR General Level Tournament Horse.

I could be wrong but I don’t think that it would be too difficult to add a few Blue Tournaments (Sprint, Classic & Middle Distance) one each per month for the conditions of Dirt and Turf as noted above. I would like this to be seriously considered by HRF as an update/addition to the game.

Sure you can, jay...

... but you have to download it to your game before the BSR will even show up on a PR... I've thought I'd bred monsters on my cell before, just to see that they were actually 110s when I got home.

Yep Dusty

Of course you're right. My neural net shut down there for a minute.
lol

Sorry Cali.

Curious how it gives all the other info though; Break, Early, Top Speed, Workouts suggestions, Courage, etc..........

LOL... My post was a bit slow..

I'm on my cell right now... As it is you can do everything that doesn't involve accessing your trainer game with a cell.

The only way I have found to access my stable page though is to find one my horses in a tourny and clicking on it and then go to my stable. then I was able to bookmark it so I can access it anytime.
