I am finally to my whits end (pun intended) . I have waited patiently for almost a year for the new release of the game. We have been told over and over and over that its just around the corner. I have not had much time to spend on the game for the last 6 months but I always kept at least 25 horses in my stable so that I could benefit from all of the great new enhancements and upgrades. I still end up spending $40-50 per month here just to keep my stable going and occasionally take a trip to the breeding shed.
Now you are going to tell us that the game is ready to roll out but you're not going to because some new people are signing up? That is the worst customer service that I have ever received. I am in sales and there is a high % of repeat and renewal business if you take care of your CURRENT customers. Maybe 10% of the people who walk through my door end up purchasing my product, however, 75% of my paying customers come back and spend more money with us. Why? Because I make sure that they understand that the customer service starts with the sale, that it's not where it ends.
Puddles, I have tried to be good and stay out of trouble here in the forums. I would hope that you consider me a decent customer still. I'm not spending $100's a month anymore, but I have spent THOUSANDS to build up my stable and enjoy this game for the last year. I am no longer interested in being mislead by you and your staff on when this update is going to be. If this release is not available by the end of the week, I am no longer interested in being a VIP member here any longer. I also will be killing off any horses in my stable that are not paying their own way. I will no longer be paying out of pocket for stable fees. If I end up with only 5 horses, so be it.
Puddles, feel free to contact me via my cell or PM me if you would like to pay my stable fees to maintain 25 horses. If you would like to pay for my VIP, feel free to do so, otherwise go ahead and cancel that as well as I have no interest in paying for Julys membership if the new release isn't up and running by the end of the week.
Please quit stalking me. I feel extremely uncomfortable with you mocking and making fun of me. Your overwhelming kindness is really starting to come across as a threat.

I have spent thousands of dollars in almost 2 years.I built a stable of 570 horses.About 2 months ago I reduced my stable to 55.Spent more money to rebuild my stable to 260 thinking the new version was to be released.I am now in the process of reducing my stable again until the new version starts.Now have 165 in my stable.Will keep reducing my stable until we have new version.Will I reach 0 before the new version commences?

I decided to go back and reread puddles blog to see if I had missed something. It appears that one of the valued new members has posted over 50 pages worth of blogs in the last hour. I find it ironic that puddles blog won't be seen by many people here due to some new poster and his 50 pages of blogs.

Irony is really a difficult word to define. There are many subtleties to the word that make it's use ambiguous. Especially with the written word.
Many use the word "Ironic" when they really mean coincidence, but I believe the main component of the word consists of, more than anything else, incongruity.
To be honest, I find the word insufferably inscrutable, and thus, never use it.
This very post can almost be considered a form of irony.
Here is "The Great Wordsmith" Jaycat, being asked about the meaning of a common, everyday, workaday word. Yet he can not fully or clearly give a true definition of the word.

I read it and believe that most members have. Many subscribe to his blog, as I do. I'm sure the new release will come out soon and understand the delays with so much involved. I'm disapointed that it's not out yet, as promised, but it's not the end of the world and won't spoil my day.
