On Tuesday I was playing the game as always, no issues. On Wednesday the game wouldn't work anymore. I have uninstalled and re-installed 3-4 times and it still won't work. It can't get past the loading screen.
Any thoughts or suggestions that anyone has on how to fix the problem are appreciated.

Hello, I'm one of the lead developers of the desktop client and the technical support team asked me to help you with this issue.
To start, there are a few pieces of information I need from you:
(1) The operating system you're using (Windows 7, Windows XP, etc.)
(2) The last time you remember updating your computer
(3) The kind of machine you're running the client on (desktop, laptop, etc.)
(4) The kind of network you're running it through (wireless home network [WiFi], wired home network [Ethernet], enterprise network [work, library, and other public places], etc.)
(5) The place you use your computer/the game client most often
(6) The anti-virus software you use (Norton, McAfee, etc.)
(7) The anti-spyware software you use (Norton Internet Security, Spybot S&D, etc.) (indicate if it's included with your anti-virus software as a suite)
(8) Your firewall (Windows Firewall, or firewall packaged with anti-virus software)
(9) The last time you remember updating any/all of the three above security software
(10) Any notifications you may have received from your system when the client was running, and any others you may have received when the loading screen froze
(11) Other software you use on the computer you're having problems on
This information will help me to begin identifying the problem so that technical support and I can provide an effective solution as quickly as possible.
Please try running the game as administrator. Right click on the game ex icon and click run as administrator i have seen this work
Game works again today......hopefully it is fixed....not sure why it wouldn't work.

What happened yesterday when the "game wouldn't work" before you did the uninstall/reinstall? What exactly wouldn't work? Did the game open at all? Did you receive an error message? If so, what did that message tell you? Details will help us understand the issue.
Did you have any problems doing the uninstall/reinstall? Just so we understand the situation correctly, you are saying that the game now opens but just sits on the 'loading' screen and does not complete the loading process - correct?
Had anything changed on your computer since the last time the game worked and now? Did you receive any Windows operating system updates? Did you update or change your browser or browser settings? Did you change your firewall settings or the firewall program?
