I joined this site several months ago and I am not a VIP member. The impression given when you sign up is that help is easily available, the game ie easily understandable, and you can be competitive all while being a non-VIP member. At this point, I would assess all three claims as inaccurate. I signed up for the mentoring program. No response whatsoever other than auto-generated junk messages. I have learned most things about the game via trial and error which has taken a long time and caused me to waste what points I can earn. I continue to make what I suspect are poor decisions as I try to build up some points through racing. I can appreciate the capitilistic part of it and I get that as a non-VIP member I am always going to be at a disadvantage. However, the deck seems stacked to the point that even trying to have a reasonable one or two horse stable requires YEARS of working to build up points in advance of beginning a race stable, or some incredible stroke of luck to win big points. The small player is priced out of running 1 horse more than apporoximately 3 times every 2 months. I don't have enough resources to put too much into a game like this, but I would have considered a one-time purchase to make it easier to become competitive quicker. After the way its gone here, thats not going to happen. It would be overstated to say I feel cheated. I haven't spent a dime, but I have wasted time. I guess I feel mislead. I won't give up, but I will continue to be frustrated until I can at least try to run a reasonably competetive race stable. I am open to suggestions.
P.S. Please understand that I do not "blame" members...VIP or otherwise.

If you need any help what so

If you need any help what so ever just send me a PM. I am a mentor that really helps my students. I cant be your mentor but I'm here for you as well as many players in the community. If you do want a nice little stable you will have to try to invest a little cash in the game. Make a ten dollar in vestment for 100,000 points, buy a couple of horses and enjoy the game for a couple of months.

What I have learned I will share with you if you have the time to send me a few p.m.s or find me on chat.Good luck. The game gets alot better 1ce you figure it out some

Sorry to hear you didn't get

Sorry to hear you didn't get help you required to learn the game. I am not 100 percent sure but I heard you can change your mentor if you are not happy with the one allocated to you. Anyway just remember there are plenty of people on here who can help you. You just need to make the right contacts. Best wishes and I hope things improve for you.

For you newbies

Read post number 3. Pay attention. It's the absolute truth. Trust me.This troll (moredoethanu) is nothing but a trouble maker. A few other posts on other threads says he only has 4 wins from 54 races. He's gonna help you? LOL What a joke. Read what others are saying about this idiot and you'll know who to avoid. And who to follow and learn from. Certainly not him.

Who cares?

Get over yourself, jerk . I could care less. You're the one that's trying to mentor. Not me. I'm surprised you're still here. Only a matter of time.
