Try looking on your account page. At the top within the tabs you have the VIP Business Auction Program. This may be the one you have heard about.
If its horses, the only way I know to purchase aside from the shop is to Claim a horse in Insta Tournaments.
Hopefully a longer term member will be able to provide further information if required.

The only auctions are Business Auctions, available only to VIP's. They put a set amount of points into your account each month for owning one.
The only ways to buy a horse are to breed one through the shop tab, or by claiming from an insta. There was talk of horse auctions in the past but they never came to be.

Yes, there was much talk by (Puddles) about 1 1/2 years ago about introducing horse auctions.They were working hard on this behind the scenes. Then nothing. No further word from HRF. I'm assuming they ran ito mucho problems.Else they had a change of heart. It would be nice if we got an update.
