I could have won alot of money on this race and I had the Captain on top of Silver Charm and Free House. So I may be a little bias....
Does anyone think the Silver Charm impeaded Captain Bodgit in the stretch run at the 97 Derby?
I thought at the very least they would have looked at it which I do not believe they did.

Sure many could make an argument for it but it wouldn't be a very strong one. Silver Charm didn't come all the way over and never entered the Captains path of running. It was race riding, thats all. If you keep hitting pause and stop, you will see that the horses don't even touch. The jockey on Captain Bodgit does not even stop riding when they get close.
