HOY Rachael Alexandra gave birth to a bouncing baby colt today :-). He weighed in at 125 lbs. He looks like his mom. Rachael will be bred back to Bernardini this year.

That is amazing!
I wonder if her foal and Zenyatta's would race against each other....
Will she be bred back to Curlin?
Or is she going to breed with Bernardini?
10 weeks 6 days
I'd say sure it's possible the foals from each mare could, indeed, race against each other. They will be born the same year and are from the same crop, but by different sires.
Rachael will be bred to Bernardini this year.
I wouldn't be surprised if Zenyatta is bred to Curlin this year. Zenyatta should have her foal in l late Feb or early March.

with Racheal and Bernadini could be interesting particularly if the offspring is a filly. Great to see these two wonderful mares breeding on.

Yes, it is possible that they meet someday, but more than likely they won't. JMHO Things have away of never working out as planned, or hoped for.
The important thing is, that having these names in one's pedigree will be of interest for years to come. At any rate, I wish the offspring luck. They have the blood to be Champs.
